In this episode we are addressing the times in our lives when we are feeling heavy, weighed down, and drained. It’s interesting to note that whatever we currently believe is making us feel so heavy (for example the responsibilities of motherhood) doesn’t always make us feel heavy, it just is right now. This shows us that the thing isn’t making us feel heavy, we are making us feel heavy. This is surprisingly great news because if we are the problem then we are the solution to the problem.
