I have created a year long video course of weekly classes called Resiliency Training that is designed to take everything you are learning here on the podcast to the next level. I am releasing the audio for week one from each themed month of the course so that you can get a taste of what it would be like to go through my Resiliency Training program.
The theme of the twelfth month of Resiliency Training is Understanding Buffering. This month we learn what buffering is, why we do it, why it seems so effective, and why ultimately it isn’t working. In week 1, I focus on what buffering is and why we do it and give you a nice foundation of understanding on this topic. In week 2, you will learn about what the spectrum of buffers is, how to know what the net negative result of each buffer is, and how understanding all of this affects our lives. In week 3, I teach you about what an urge is and how to manage them. In week 4, about our relationship with discomfort and how that is currently affecting our life. Enjoy!
