I have created a year long video course of weekly classes called Resiliency Training that is designed to take everything you are learning here on the podcast to the next level. I am releasing the audio for week one from each themed month of the course so that you can get a taste of what it would be like to go through my Resiliency Training program.
The theme of the eighth month of Resiliency Training is Physical Health & Weight Loss. This month we learn about how to improve our physical health and weight loss efforts by understanding what makes up our relationship with our health, our bodies, sleeping, exercising, our clothes, etc. In week 1, I focus on helping you understand your relationship with your bodies. We also take a brief look at your relationship with sleep and exercise. In week 2, you will learn about your relationship with food and how that impacts your physical health and weight loss. In week 3, I teach you about overhunger and overdesire. In week 4, we talk about achieving and maintaining your desired weight. It can be so impactful to understand and improve our relationships with all of these different aspects of physical heath and weight loss and as always it all starts with you and what’s going on inside your mind.
