Episode 91 – Resiliency Training Deciding What to Believe Week 1

I have created a year long video course of weekly classes called Resiliency Training that is designed to take everything you are learning here on the podcast to the next level. I am releasing the audio for week one from each themed month of the course so that you can get a taste of what it would be like to go through my Resiliency Training program.

The theme of the fourth month of Resiliency Training is Deciding What to Believe. This month we learn about what we believe and why, what it takes to believe something new or stop believing something that isn’t serving us, and some specific beliefs that are game changers. In week 1, I focus on learning how to create belief on purpose. In week 2, you will learn about what it means to start enjoying results ahead of time. In week 3, I teach you what it means to have a protocol and what areas of our lives this works so well in. In week 4, we go deep into understanding the concept of the 50/50 and how leaning into this belief will change the way you experience life. Enjoy!
