Episode 84 – Resentment

Do you struggle with felling resentment in your relationships? I know I do sometimes. The way to get a hold of this and decrease the amount of resentment you feel is to understand where it comes from. Resentment comes from giving the responsibility of creating the feelings you want to feel to other people. Take back your life by remembering that you are responsible for the way you’re feeling now and for creating the way you want to feel.

Resentment comes in when we don’t like how we’re feeling and we think that someone else should fix it. Listen to this episode as we dig into all of this and I share some personal examples of specific times in my life when I have felt resentment and how I solved it. Enjoy!
