I know this is shocking coming from a life coach who teaches people every day that what you are thinking is everything and that your life is a result of your thoughts.  However, there is a scenario where focusing on the thought can get you pretty stuck and I’m here to teach you about it and to give you permission to not worry about what you are thinking about sometimes.
