When we slow things down and step back we can see that we are almost always wanting peace to think what we’re thinking, feel what we’re feeling and do what we’re doing and unfortunately we are often not giving ourselves that permission. One problem is we think we need to wait for permission from others, but what we really need is permission from ourselves.
