Do you ever find yourself craving crepes but don’t want to go out to get them? If so, this is the recipe for Homemade Crepes you’ve been dreaming of. With just a few simple ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, you can create delicious, restaurant-quality crepes right in your own kitchen.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 Tbsp sugar

To Make

  • Put all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pulse for 10 seconds.
  • If you don’t have a crepe cooker (here’s the one I use), warm up crepe pans, put butter on the pans, and wipe off excess butter with a paper towel.
  • Pour ¼ cup batter on warm pans and roll around immediately. Put heat on medium-high, and make small adjustments if they’re cooking too fast or too slow. (Don’t quite fill the ¼ cup with batter; a little less.)
  • Serve with tons of awesome toppings, or fill and fold them!
  • You don’t have to wash the pans any special way (dishwasher safe).
