Have you been missing cheeseburgers and BBQs this winter? Try out this simple, delicious Cheeseburger Wrap to get your BBQ fix. You will love it, and it will also be a hit with your kids — it is with mine!

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas (large burrito size)
  • 2 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small diced onion (raw for toppings or cooked in with beef mixture)
  • 3 tomatoes (diced for toppings)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce (toppings)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles (toppings)

To Make

  • In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain grease
  • Add ketchup, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook for about 2 minutes until well combined
  • Take a tortilla and line the middle with a small amount of cheddar cheese
  • Add some beef mixture and your favorite cheeseburger toppings
  • Roll up the tortilla — starting with tucking the ends and then rolling
  • You can either eat as is or throw on the grill or indoor grill like George Foreman for 2-4 minutes (until you see grill marks)

I recommend adding more condiments to the wrap even though it’s already in the meat. We love BBQ sauce and Miracle Whip or mayo! Avocado and crispy bacon are also great additions.

This game is a blast, and our family loves it! We’ve had it for years and still play it regularly. It’s fun and easy, awesome for fun learning sessions with the little ones. Want more edge? It gets pretty competitive with adults in the mix!

How to Play

  • Each player should draw six tiles from the bag at the start of the game.
  • On their turn, a player may add tiles to the table, creating lines that share one attribute (color or shape).
  • Players must place matching tiles next to each other, but no identical tiles can appear in a line.
  • A player’s turn ends when they replenish their hand back to six tiles.
  • Players score points for the lines that they create or add to during their turn.
  • The game ends when the bag is empty and one player has used all their tiles. Extra points are awarded to this player.
